1. Compatibility with dabest dev v2023.3.29 pandas 1.5.0, numpy 1.22.3, seaborn 0.12.0 and matplotlib 3.4.3

2. Experimental end time definition for esploco.calculatePeriFeedSpeed function

esploco is a package that analyses the locomotion data generated by Espresso.

Installation

This package is tested on Python 3.7.

You can install this package via pip.

To install, at the command line, change directory to the folder “esploco” and then run

pip install .
